Management

WILLIAM C. DEMMIN is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Bank, and a resident of Murrieta, California. Mr. Demmin's 37-year banking career provides the Bank with a mix of previous bank CEO, recent bankCFO and lending experience for the Bank.

LOU ELLEN FICKE is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Ms. Ficke, has more than 40 years of commercial banking experience, 27 years of which she served as a senior officer, chief financial officer and cashier for several community banks

ANTHONY "SKIP" MANISCALCO is the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank and a resident of Murrieta, California. He has over 35 years banking lending experience and, during the past six years, primarily in San Diego County and the Temecula Valley market. Mr. Maniscalco has an extensive commercial lending background in a variety of financial institutions including experience as a Chief Credit Officer, a Chief Credit Administrator, and an Acting Chief Executive Officer.

JANICE M. AHRENDT is the Chairman of the Board of the Auditing Firm of Jan Ahrendt, LLC. She is a Certified Risk Professional (Recipient of the First Achievement Award in recognition of obtaining the highest examination score
nationwide), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor. Her professional experience encompasses 37 years of California banking .

FESTUS B. DADA, M.D, SECRETARY OF THE BOARD, was born in Nigeria, became a naturalized U.S. Citizen in 1982 and moved to Riverside County in 1987, the same year he established his medical surgery practice in Murrieta. Dr. Dada is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Partners Medical Group in Temecula and also the Chairman and President of Medical Resources, International, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to students in the United States, Africa and Asia.

DARYL SCOTT CRANE, JR. is currently the Director of Business Development in Riverside County for Universal Health Care Services, the owner/operator of the Temecula Valley's two major hospitals, the Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta and Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar.

LOUIS J. DIBERNARDO is a founder and Past Director of Temecula Valley Bank (1996-2001), a proprietor of a bed & breakfast inn in Temecula, the CEO of a consulting company, a former major citrus rancher, the former owner of a hardwood flooring company, a former CEO of a manufacturing company, and a current resident of Temecula.

DONALD W. LEE, M.D. has been a resident of the Temecula Valley for the past nine years. Dr. Lee graduated from the University of California (Riverside, CA) with a B.S. degree in Biochemistry/Biology. He received his MD from University of California (Los Angeles, CA). He established his internal medical practice in Temecula in 1997 and Prime Partners Medical Group in Temecula in 2002. Since 2000 Dr. Lee has been the Chairman of the Department of Medicine at one of the two major hospitals in the Temecula Valley, Inland Valley Regional Hospital in Wildomar.

THOMAS T. PANGELINAN is a retired California community banker whose most recent position was Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Peninsula Bank of Commerce (Millbrae, CA). Previous positions have been Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Bank of Contra Costa (Walnut Creek, CA) and Bank Operations Officer at Security National Bank (Walnut Creek, CA). Peninsula Bank of Commerce and Bank of Contra Costa were de novo banks that Mr. Pangelinan helped to establish.

HOWARD Y. REE, Director, has been a Certified Public Accountant for the past 34 years and has had a residence in Temecula since 2003. Mr. Ree is a partner of Ree & Kim, CPAs, a professional business he founded in 1982 with headquarters in Los Angeles where he maintains a second home. In 1995, he was the founder of Hanin Federal Credit Union, has served as its Chairman and is now its President/CEO. Mr. Ree also has a real estate broker's license.

RICHARD K. SHUMAN, M.D has lived and practiced in the Temecula Valley for the past 18 years. He received his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University (Provo, UT) and his M.D. from University of California (San Francisco, CA). Dr. Shuman is an Anesthesiologist and resident of Murrieta. In 1990, Dr. Shuman started Temecula Motorsports in Murrieta with the Yamaha franchise and expanding to include American Honda, Bombardier, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Polaris, all geographically-limited exclusive franchises. In 1999 he sold 50% of the business to a partner and together they own a 40,000 square foot retail facility for this business that does approximately $20 million in sales annually.

GERALD R. WILSON received his B.A. degree from University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, MN). He has been the proprietor of a family-owned winery in Temecula for the past ten years where he also maintains his residence.
Mr. Wilson began his career following military service as an officer by joining Midland National Bank in its training program, subsequently working in the investment trust department as an investment analyst and later became a stock broker and advanced to Vice President in charge of West Coast sales for a NYSE firm.

PAUL GUPTA is a long-term resident of the Temecula Valley a founding shareholder, and a member of the Bank’s Advisory Board. Mr. Gupta is an engineer with a master’s degree in thermal engineering. He is also an inventor of a product which is manufactured by his company, Binaca Products, in Temecula. He has owned and managed manufacturing companies, including Binaca Products. He is also a successful real estate developer and has been involved in property management for several projects in the Temecula Valley.
Mr. Gupta has been a strong supporter of the Bank since our inceptions and was instrumental in using his contact network to help promote our stock sale in 2007. Mr. Gupta was appointed to the Board of Directors in September 2008.
