DONALD W. MURRAY is the President and CEO of the bank. Don joined the Bank in September 2010. Don has been a resident of the Temecula Valley since 1994 and served as Chief Credit Officer of Community National Bank for 13 years prior to its merger with Pacific Western Bank. Don served in his most recent position as CEO and President of First National Bank of Southern California from 2006 until he joined CBTV.

LOU ELLEN FICKE is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Ms. Ficke, has more than 40 years of commercial banking experience, 27 years of which she served as a senior officer, chief financial officer and cashier for several community banks.

CARL P. PATSKO is the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He has over 40 years of commercial banking experience. He joined the Bank in August 2014. Prior to that he was EVP & Chief Credit Officer at Commercial Bank of California for 11 years and Sunwest Bank for 8 years, both in Orange County. He started his banking career at First Interstate Bank in San Diego and then moved to The Bank of San Diego and HomeFed Bank Corporate Banking serving in senior credit management positions. He has been a resident of Temecula since 1994 after relocating from San Diego to be the CCO at Overland Bank until First Pacific National Bank purchased the bank in 1995. He received his B.S. Degree from California State University, San Diego and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University Of Washington, Seattle.


JANICE M. AHRENDT, Chairman of the Board  Jan is the President/CEO of the Auditing Firm of Jan Ahrendt, LLC. She is a Certified Risk Professional (Recipient of the First Achievement Award in recognition of obtaining the highest examination score nationwide), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor. Jan started her career in banking in 1969 at Wells Fargo Bank. Her business offers various audit services for community banks in California and the Pacific Northwest.

NANCY K. HUGHES is a founding shareholder of the Bank. She is a real estate agent for Rancon Real Estate. She has consistently been one of the top producing agents in the area and was the top agent for the company in 2011. Nancy has had the opportunity to assist her clients in the sale and purchase of over 1,000 properties. Her clients have included the developer of the Murrieta Springs Plaza on Madison Avenue in Murrieta, Centex Homes, Chevron, Temecula winery owners, Temecula Cemetery District and numerous investors and homeowners. Nancy and her husband Gregg have lived in Temecula since 1989. Gregg has served on the Bank's Advisory Board Committee since inception. Nancy's extensive experience in local real estate markets and business relationships will bring added expertise and business development contacts to the Board. Ms. Hughes joined the Board of Directors in March 2014.

PHIL OBERHANSLEY is an attorney/partner of a full service law firm with offices on Old Town Temecula. He specializes in real estate law, land use planning and development; business and commercial law that includes corporate, partnership and business acquisitions; and environmental and municipal law. Phil served on the Board of Directors of Fallbrook National Bank, which later became known as Community National Bank, until it was acquired by the holding company of Pacific Western National Bank. He served, at various time, on every committee including the Loan Committee, Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and the Technology Committee. Phil's prior experience as a community bank board member will enhance the expertise on the existing board. In addition his business relationships developed through his law practice will provide business development opportunities to help further grow the Bank. Mr. Oberhansley joined the Board of Directors in March 2014.

THOMAS T. PANGELINAN is a retired California community banker whose most recent position was Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Peninsula Bank of Commerce (Millbrae, CA). Previous positions have been Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Bank of Contra Costa (Walnut Creek, CA) and Bank Operations Officer at Security National Bank (Walnut Creek, CA). Peninsula Bank of Commerce and Bank of Contra Costa were de novo banks that Mr. Pangelinan helped to establish.

RICHARD K. SHUMAN, M.D has lived and practiced in the Temecula Valley for the past 18 years. He received his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University (Provo, UT) and his M.D. from University of California (San Francisco, CA). Dr. Shuman is an Anesthesiologist and resident of Murrieta.

THOMAS G. WILLIAMS, MD received degrees in electrical engineering and medicine from Stanford University before serving in the U S Navy as a Flight Surgeon, staff anesthesiologist and Residency Training Director at Portsmouth Naval Hospital (VA). He left a faculty position at UCLA to become a part of the Temecula Valley community in 1991, where he became very active in real estate through Dendy Real Estate and Investment Co. until 2005. Currently he is the Medical Director at Temecula Valley Day Surgery Center. Dr. Williams is a founding Shareholder of CBTV and joined the Board of Directors in September 2011.

GERALD R. WILSON received his B.A. degree from University of Minnesota (Minneapolis, MN). He has been the proprietor of a family-owned winery in Temecula for the past ten years where he also maintains his residence.
Mr. Wilson began his career following military service as an officer by joining Midland National Bank in its training program, subsequently working in the investment trust department as an investment analyst and later became a stock broker and advanced to Vice President in charge of West Coast sales for a NYSE firm.

KUMAR S. YAMANI was an organizer and founding shareholder of the Bank. He is the President and CEO of OSI Consulting, located in Woodland Hills. OSI Consulting is a leading information technology services company driven to create business value for customers through the innovative application of advanced technologies. Mr. Yamani's expertise in information technology will provide a resource to management and the board. Mr. Yamani was elected to the board in January 2009..
